- Important Note: For the 2018 Southwest Conference recordings, the CE approval expires April 8, 2020. If you’re interested in these recordings, please purchase, listen, evaluate and submit your request for certificate of completion to us prior to 4/8/20 to ensure you receive CE credit.
- Criteria for successful completion: Listen to recordings of the event (listed below) and download an evaluation form. When finished listening, fill out evaluation, scan and email as attachment to caitlin [AT] botanicalmedicine.org. A certificate of completion will be sent by return email. *Note to those attending the live event Southwest Conference on Botanical Medicine, 2018: You may earn additional contact hours by listening to recordings of lectures not attended at the live event. It is then possible to earn up to 58.25 total contact hours. Some lectures were not recorded and are thus not offered for CNE in the chart above–but were attended live by many nurses in April of 2018–certificates were issued for those live contact hours at the conference.
