The volunteer program is vital to the success of the conference, and there are a variety of jobs available. Once you have signed up to participate, and completed your online conference registration, you will be assigned a schedule of specific jobs and work times by the Work Study Coordinator, who will be your contact for any questions or requests.
Below are the details for the full-time and part-time work study programs. We look forward to working with you!

Full-time Work Study
No Conference Fee
Required work hours: 10-12 total hours
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Part-time Work Study
Conference Fee: $239.00
Required work hours: 5.5 total hours
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and/or Monday
We will confirm your participation by email and you’ll then complete your conference registration online with a special discount code.
Complete your online conference registration ASAP to confirm your participation in the work study program. If you aren’t registered for the conference you won’t be able to attend so don’t forget this important step!

Meals, lodging and lecture notes printed book are not covered by this program. Positions are limited.
