Medicines from the Earth 2025: Part-Time Work Study Registration

Thank you for volunteering for the Symposium; you help make this a wonderful experience for all!

Part-Time Work Study volunteers work 5 – 6 hours during setup and registration on Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18. If the registration shifts are full we may assign you to other jobs at other times on those dates.

A/V volunteers will have a work shift on Thursday, May 15 for A/V prep meeting so please indicate if you’re available that day.

You will receive an email in late April confirming your schedule. We look forward to working with you!

Note: Your registration covers the basic symposium fee. Intensives, continuing education, lodging and meals are extra.
